Our Principals and Professional Teaching Team are dedicated to the nurturing and well-being of YOUR child.
Leeds Principals JUDE HILL and PHIL COLE welcome you to Razzamataz Theatre School Leeds.
Jude has a wealth of experience in the world of entertainment and also in the care and nurturing of young people.
She can be seen regularly in Yorkshire TV’s Emmerdale, but her first excursion into professional theatre came at the age of 11 and this progressed into many television appearances in BBC TV’s Peaky Blinders, The Royal Today, Bodies, Mobile, No Angels and many more.
Jude has sung across the country and at The Royal Albert Hall in London in many concerts alongside stars of the Broadway and West End stages, and featured on CD recordings.
She has also more recently concentrated on supporting and encouraging child development whilst owning and managing her own Leeds Pre-School, gaining recognition by official bodies for the outstanding results achieved.
So it’s the combination of these two sets of skills that Jude brings as one of the Owner/Principals to Razzamataz Theatre School Leeds. “At Razzamataz Leeds we inspire and enrich young people through the performing arts and introduce them to new opportunities in a happy, safe and secure environment,” she says.
Phil studied and entered the entertainment profession as an actor/singer over twenty years ago. He has appeared in many major musicals and plays (Disney’s Beauty & The Beast, Fame, Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jekyll and Hyde, White Christmas and many more) in London’s West End, throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. He has also appeared alongside Top Broadway and West End Stars in many large-scale Musical Concerts at London’s Royal Albert Hall and in major concert venues right across the UK, as well as appearances on television and radio. He has released 4 CD recordings.
Phil is very passionate about improving young people’s self esteem and confidence via the performing arts and the experience and knowledge gained in his performing career is invaluable in his position as one of the Owner/Principals of Razzamataz Theatre School Leeds.
His friends in the entertainment industry are very keen to support the school, some of whom visit Razz Leeds for workshops and Easter/Summer Schools.
When enjoying leisure time, Phil enjoys the Cinema, listening to a wide range of music, watching soccer and – with Jude – walking their dog, Mr Brown.

In 2014 she joined Razzamataz and spent the summer overseas working with young people at the Rhodes Holiday Village.
Charlotte is very enthusiastic in the nurturing of our students in her role as Minis and Drama Teacher here at Razzamataz Leeds.

She has appeared professionally in over twenty productions on stage and screen.
